From a proposal in NYC to a destination wedding in Antigua, this was more than just a wedding, it was a full experience.
I first met Kevin and Stacy when they reached out to me to photograph their proposal. This journey eventually led me all the way to their wedding day. Over time, it was clear how intentional they were about everything, wanting their day to feel meaningful and true to them and their culture.
When they mentioned they were planning a destination wedding in Guatemala, I knew it was going to be something special. The setting, their vision, and the way they approached the Wedding made it easy to simply step back and capture the day as they unfolded.

Finally, the morning arrived in Antigua Guatemala, filled with excitement, laughter, and moments shared among family and friends as this destination wedding began to unfold. There was a quiet rush in the air, the kind that comes with stepping into something meaningful. The white dress, the suit, and everything leading up to that moment of seeing each other.
Bridesmaids and groomsmen brought in a sense of ease and energy, making everything feel lighter. Every frame carried the emotion of the moment, making it all feel easy to capture.
San Juan del Obispo
The ceremony unfolded at the historic The Iglesia de San Juan del Obispo, one of the oldest Catholic church in the region. The wedding was rooted in the Catholic traditions of both families. Rituals like the tying of the sacred thali and the crowning of the couple symbolized their union and faith.
Stacy and Kevin choosing to honor their culture in such a setting made this South Indian Catholic wedding deeply personal.

In between the ceremony and reception, we stepped away for a bit and explored the island. Antigua felt like the perfect backdrop for the portraits. The light, the textures, the quiet corners all came in together and each frame felt intimate.
There was barely any need for direction, Stacy and Kevin were just taking it all in, exactly as they had imagined. I mostly stayed back and let things unfold, capturing them as they moved through the streets.
The reception became the final celebration of the day. Guests moved between conversations and the dance floor, bringing a lively energy and. Stacy and Kevin were welcomed with cheers as they made their entrance, joining in and dancing their way through it all.
They shared their first dance before slipping away for a quick outfit change, and the celebrations carried on late into the night, before coming to an end with fireworks and a lot of memories to take back with them.
This wasn’t just a wedding we showed up to capture. It was something we got to be a part of from the very beginning. From meeting Stacy and Kevin in New York for their proposal, to seeing everything come together in Antigua, it’s been incredible to watch their story unfold in such a meaningful and intentional way. Every part of the week felt thought through, not just for the two of them, but for everyone who was there to experience it with them.
What made this wedding stand out wasn’t just the locations or how everything looked, it was how it felt. The connection between them, the presence of their families, and the way their culture was woven into every part of the day made it something that goes beyond just photos.
